Delete your account
Google Play requires every app with accounts to offer this without installing the app — here it is.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password, health/fitness profile (weight, height, goals, dietary preferences, allergies).
- Your logged workouts, meals, nutrition history, streaks, and points.
- Your push-notification token and saved location.
- Your uploaded equipment/food photos and form-check videos.
What may be retained, and for how long
Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account and its records are erased in a single operation, with no grace period and no way for us to restore them afterwards. Exceptions:
- Content shared with other users is anonymised rather than removed. A public or template workout program you authored, and entries you added to the shared food database, stay available with your authorship stripped, so people who saved them don't lose them.
- Completed subscription/order records kept by LemonSqueezy (our payment processor) for accounting and tax purposes, per their own retention rules.
- Anything we are legally required to keep longer (e.g. fraud prevention, tax law).
- Crash/error reports already relayed for a past incident, which are not linked back to a deleted account beyond an internal ID.
- Images attached to posts, gyms or advertising you created are removed as database records, but the underlying image files may persist in our file storage.

Option 1 — delete it in the app
Open FitLab AI → Settings → Delete Account. This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
Option 2 — request deletion from the web, without the app
Submitting this form does not delete anything automatically — it records your request so we can verify it's you and action it manually. If you'd rather not use the form, email us directly at [email protected] from the address on your account.
We may email the address you enter to confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting anything.
