Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FitLab AI (the mobile app and the web app at aifitness.nextgenbeing.com), operated by an individual independent developer (not a company), Bekzod Erkinov, Uzbekistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use FitLab AI.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent AI-usage quotas, or violate these terms.
2. The AI content disclaimer — please read this
FitLab AI generates workout plans, exercise suggestions, calorie/macro estimates, and meal guidance using AI models. This content is informational only — it is not medical, dietary, or fitness advice from a licensed professional, and it is not a substitute for one.
- AI-estimated calories, portion sizes, and equipment identification can be wrong. Use your own judgment, especially for allergies and medical dietary restrictions.
- Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or are pregnant.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical attention if needed. You use workout plans and the form-checker at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Free, Basic, Premium, and Pro tiers offer different daily AI-scan and monthly workout-generation limits, described in the app.
- Paid subscriptions are purchased either on our website, where they are billed and processed by LemonSqueezy, the merchant of record that sells the subscription to you, or inside the Android app through Google Play, which bills you under its own terms and manages cancellation and refunds for those purchases. A subscription bought on either channel unlocks the same features when you sign in to the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancel any time from the subscription management page on the website; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- We may change subscription pricing or tier limits going forward; we will not change what you already paid for a current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that is illegal, abusive, or infringing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the app or its AI features, or bypass usage quotas.
- Use the app to harass gyms, advertisers, or other users, or submit false equipment/verification data.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
5. Gyms & advertising
FitLab AI connects users, gyms, and advertisers. Gyms and advertisers may run promotions or campaigns targeted using aggregate signals (such as tier or approximate location) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party gym or advertiser listings.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload, but you grant us a license to process and store it as needed to provide the service (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy).
7. Termination
- You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account in the app, or our account deletion page on the web).
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the AI quota system, or if required by law.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. billing already incurred, limitation of liability) will survive.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated workout, nutrition, or form-check content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the "Last reviewed" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
